Hey friends!
Since food is part of my niche but definitely not my main thing, I’m going to jump right into this recipe. I’ve never considered myself a chef, but as an adult who needs to eat dinner every night, I have mastered a few easy, comforting meals. This chicken pasta bake is one of my go-to recipes when I want something cozy, filling, and low effort.
It’s simple, forgiving, and perfect for busy weeknights or leftovers the next day.
⸻
Ingredients
• 1 box of pasta (any shape you love)
• Baby tomatoes
• Fresh spinach
• 1 package of Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb or Shallot are my favorites)
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Salt & pepper
• Italian seasoning
• A pinch of paprika
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Lightly spray a baking dish to prevent sticking.
3. Add the baby tomatoes and the Boursin cheese to the baking dish.
4. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of paprika.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and the cheese is melty and bubbly.
6. While the cheese bake is in the oven:
• Pan-fry the chicken breasts until fully cooked, seasoning however you prefer.
• Boil your pasta according to package instructions.
7. Once everything is cooked, combine the pasta, chicken, baked cheese mixture, and spinach. Stir until the spinach wilts and everything is evenly coated.
8. Serve warm and enjoy .

Notes
•This recipe is super customizable, add more veggies, swap pasta shapes, or adjust seasoning to your taste.
•It reheats really well, making it perfect for leftovers.
